Shop Policies

Refunds

Refunds may only be given due to shipping damage, in which case proof of damage will be required. If you order multiple items and one has been damaged during shipping, you will only be refunded for the damaged item, not the entire order. Damage claims must be made within 12 hours of delivery.

Damaged Dolls

Rough play may lead to add on pieces becoming damaged. Unfortunately we can not accept damaged items to be repaired and can not send replacement pieces or dolls. A new doll may be purchased during our open order days. 

Shipping

I ship via USPS unless otherwise requested. We use Shopify shipping labels and ship to the address that you, the buyer, enter during checkout. We are not responsible for items shipped to an incorrect address entered by the buyer.

International buyers are responsible for any customs fees and import taxes.

I can not be responsible for delays or taxes due to customs. Please know that once a shipment leaves our shop we are no longer responsible for the shipment. It is your responsibility as the buyer to track the package or contact the postal service about your package.

Other

Painted cars are made to order. We need to know your color and design choices AT TIME OF ORDER. This is the customers responsibility. If you have not contacted us about colors within 24 hours of ordering we will choose the paint colors or you. No returns will be accepted.

It is the customers responsibility to read the ENTIRE listing description before purchase and know exactly what they are purchasing based on the description. We can not give refunds or returns due to descriptions not being read in full!
